Synopsis
A separate body of work. Not about products — about people. Silent Death explores men's mental health, emotional silence and identity, particularly within Black communities. It combines personal narrative, cultural reflection and practical insight to encourage healthier conversations and challenge the silence that too often surrounds men's wellbeing.
Why I'm writing it
This book exists because too many of the men I've loved learned to survive by disappearing. It is written for them, for the ones still here, and for the sons who will inherit whatever we choose to say — or not say — out loud.
Who it is for
- Men navigating silence they were taught to call strength
- Partners, parents and friends who love them
- Clinicians, community leaders and educators working across cultural context
